紫海膽又稱「白海膽」，其實就是因受精而顏色變淺，11-3月期間最當造，肉質嫩滑水分重，最大特色就是生殖腺粒大而長，味道清雅，口感極佳，吃起來顆粒感鮮明，帶有淡淡海水味。

*此產品屬於新鮮食品，建議客人最好於收貨後即日食用，以保留到較佳品質

如果不是即時食用，如何處理/保存冰鮮海產？

收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
所有冰鮮海產食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏0- 4 度恆溫之雪櫃內，可保存 2-3 天，開封後建議於室溫2小時內盡快食完。
放於室溫後不宜再次冷藏後食用。
