Description

大溝貝在市場上很少見，所以知名度不高，但味道很好。大溝貝的鮮甜味和其他常見的貝類比起來毫不遜色，肉質的嚼勁恰到好處，大溝貝的斧足與鳥貝相似，厚實香甜，非常美味。雖然可以刺身食，但是推薦微水煮一下，會更甜更好吃。


建議食法：

  1.  水煮💯
  2.  香煎
  3.  蒜蓉焗


處理方法：

  • 所有貝類食用前用冰水浸泡15-20分鐘，以清洗貝類表面的微生物及沙子。
  • 如發現有蟲類寄生於貝類上，此乃正常現象，只須洗淨即可食用。
  • 貝殼閉合不嚴，用抹刀或小刀抵住殼內滑動，即可輕鬆打開。
  • 打開後切開水管和斧足，去除內臟，用水清洗去沙，再焯水然後將其放入冰水中，刮去表面的粘液。

*如果不是即時食用，如何處理/保存冰鮮海產？*

  •  收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
  •  所有冰鮮海產食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏0- 4 度恆溫之雪櫃內，可保存 2-3 天，開封後建議於室溫2小時內盡快食完。
  •  放於室溫後不宜再次冷藏後食用 。
