松葉蟹，三大名蟹之一，是日本人冬天必吃的高級食材，不同產地的松葉蟹有不同的名稱，如兵庫的津居山蟹，石川的加能蟹，而福井縣的越前蟹是當中最高級、味道最獲好評的。自日本明治時代起，越前蟹每年都會獻給皇室享用。

唯獨福井縣4個港口出產的，才可稱作越前蟹
產量非常有限

建議食法：

  1.  清蒸💯
  2.  日式火鍋

*如何保存蟹類🦀？*

  • 蟹類放在冰箱的冷藏櫃，冰箱裏面溫度需要保持5~10度即可。
  • 在蟹身上面蓋上濕毛巾，這樣可以讓蟹鮮活的保存在冰箱裏面。
  • 也可以把蟹煮熟後放到冰箱冷藏。
  • 新鮮蟹貨保存期最多約一周。
