青森縣的蘋果不只聞名全日本、更聞名於全世界，只要提到青森縣就會想到蘋果，是日本蘋果生產量第一的縣市。而其中最為我們熟知的品種就是「富士蘋果」！

青森縣適合種植蘋果，因為蘋果適合生長的環境需要在溫度較低、較涼爽，平均氣候在攝氏6～14度中的環境。另外年降雨量要偏少，以防過多的水量會帶走土壤中的養分。最後就是需要日夜溫差大的地方，才能讓蘋果養成足夠的甜分。而在日本能夠符合以上三項內容的，就以青森縣為首了！

富士蘋果在採收的時候，會由農家一顆一顆、仔細小心地放進袋子裡，並且放入保持蘋果鮮度專用的冰箱裡，有點像是讓蘋果冬眠一般，一直到季節才會再度拿出來販售。
