Description

日本是對於牛肉等級分級最嚴格的國家，從出生開始就需要登錄血統證明、蹄紋、命名等身分證明，它們將和牛肉去除內臟與皮之後，在一頭牛身上可取得的食用精肉比例以英文字母A、B、C三等級區別，A級為72%以上、B級介於69%-72%之間，C級則未滿69%；數字則是綜合和牛肉質的「油花分布」、「牛肉色澤」、「脂肪色澤」、「牛肉緊實度與紋理」判定，以四項數值中的最低等級給分，換言之，四項數值皆必須位於5等才可給予最高5級的殊榮，綜合「精肉比例」與「肉質等級」合併為A5至C1等15個階級。

鹿兒島縣在日本九州最南端的縣市，是日本國內最大的和牛生產地，鹿兒島和牛最大特色是牛肉風味非常濃郁，肉質鮮紅、脂肪分佈均勻，口感也較其它和牛有咬勁。

*如何處理急凍產品？*

  • 收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
  • 所有急凍食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏-18 度冰櫃內，保存期如包裝標示：通常為3個月-1年。顧客需於進食前為食物解凍，並於 2小時內食用完畢。
  • 解凍後食品不可再次冷藏再食用
