Company delivery logistics arrangement is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (depending on flight schedules or local traffic conditions; please forgive any inconvenience caused by delays). Delivery at a specific time is not available.
Our delivery personnel will call you on the delivery day before dispatch to schedule an approximate delivery time. Please ensure your phone is available to answer. If waiting exceeds fifteen minutes, the driver will leave and rescheduling the delivery will incur a fee of HKD 100.
(A) Free Delivery
Free delivery for purchases over HKD 600 to most areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and parts of the New Territories. (Remote areas such as Shek O, Stanley, Sai Kung, South Hong Kong Island, Fanling, Sheung Shui, Tin Shui Wai, and other distant locations require an additional shipping fee of HKD 80 to HKD 100). Please contact customer service for detailed shipping fees if uncertain. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Free delivery is not currently available to The Peak, Mid-Levels, Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and remote areas. For outlying islands, only Central Pier delivery is arranged.

*For cancellations of paid orders, a 10% handling fee will be charged. Please check whether your delivery address qualifies for free delivery or requires GOGOVAN delivery before placing orders to avoid misunderstandings.
(B) Self-paid Shipping via GOGOVAN (including parking fees at collection points)
Customers may choose GOGOVAN delivery service with shipping fees paid by themselves. For details, contact customer service or check the GOGOVAN mobile app.

Morning 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (requires an extra working day and special notes)
Evening 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (depending on flight or traffic conditions; please forgive any delays). No specific time delivery available.
Delivery personnel will call you on the day of delivery before dispatch to schedule an approximate time. Please ensure your phone is answerable. If waiting exceeds fifteen minutes, the driver will leave, and rescheduling delivery costs HKD 100.
After order placement, customers will be contacted via WhatsApp to confirm order details and delivery date. On delivery day, the logistics team will again contact you to confirm delivery time.
If customers have not received confirmation from customer service by 5 PM a day before delivery, please contact us.
Prices and final decisions are subject to the company's determination. Sunday delivery is not available.
Delivery time
Our transport team will deliver between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM (subject to order load and traffic). A staff member will confirm delivery time with customers on delivery day.
Orders placed and confirmed by customer service before 9 PM will be delivered within two working days during delivery hours. If the customer cannot receive the goods during the delivery period, the order will be canceled.
In case of severe weather such as typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning, delivery service will be rearranged. Apologies for the inconvenience!
