We offer delivery services to Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories, ensuring safety and reliability.

Currently, we provide delivery to upstairs; please read the following terms carefully:

  • Customers must provide detailed address information for doorstep delivery, including apartment number, floor, block, and estate name.
  • Please ensure there is a safe parking space downstairs (parking lot/platform/parking spot). If no safe parking is available downstairs (e.g., double yellow line, single yellow line, no parking spot), delivery can only be arranged for pick-up downstairs.
  • Customers should notify the management office in advance about the delivery service to facilitate the driver's delivery.
  • For delivery addresses without elevator service, delivery must be made downstairs.
  • For village house addresses, delivery can only be arranged at the village entrance parking area.
  • Our home delivery service does not include moving goods inside the premises. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage or loss to indoor items caused during the moving process.
  • Our delivery logistics are arranged from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (depending on flight and road conditions in various districts; apologies for any delays). Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • The delivery staff will call you on the delivery day before departing to schedule an approximate delivery time. Please ensure your phone is available. If waiting exceeds 15 minutes, the driver will leave, and a re-delivery fee of $100 will apply.
  • If the Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning due to severe weather, delivery services will be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.

✈️Airfreight goods are purchased from the Japanese market on the same day. Due to local weather, holidays, and product quality issues, shortages may occur on the delivery day. Procurement may replace out-of-stock items with products of equal quality or price, or arrange for backorder delivery/refund.✈️

Free delivery is available for purchases  over HKD $600  to most areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and parts of the New Territories.

  • Locations such as Sheung Shui, Tin Shui Wai, Ping Shan, The Peak, Gulang Village, and other remote areas require an additional shipping fee of HKD $50 to $100. For any questions, please inquire via WhatsApp.

  • Currently, free delivery is not available to The Peak, Mid-Levels, Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and remote areas.

  • For outlying islands, delivery can only be arranged for pick-up at Central Pier.

  • Our company fleet has limited service coverage; some areas require GOGOVAN delivery with self-paid shipping fees. For shipping fee details, please contact our customer service representatives. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For purchases under HKD $600, delivery service will be provided by GOGOVAN, and shipping fees are self-paid.

The following areas are outside the company fleet's service range and require GOGOVAN delivery with self-paid shipping fees:

  • All outlying islands such as Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, etc.

  • Tuen Mun District: Lung Kwu Tan, Lau Fau Shan, Nai Wai, Hung Shui Kiu to Lam Tei

  • Yuen Long District: Hung Shui Kiu to Lam Tei, San Tin, Kingswood Villas, California Garden, Mai Po, Sheung Shui, Tai Tong, Pat Heung, Shek Kong

  • North District: Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, Luk Keng, Fanling Military Area, Ping Pik, Fan Kam Highway area

  • Sai Kung District: Sai Kung, Pak Tam Chung area including Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue Au, Tai Miu, Clearwater Bay

• SF Express Temperature-Controlled Delivery　 •

SF Express provides cold chain land transport delivery services for frozen, fresh, and temperature-controlled products, with options for store pickup or delivery.

 

Please read the delivery information carefully:

  • Order cutoff at 9 PM daily, fastest delivery on the day after tomorrow.

  • Free delivery for orders over $600 to most areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and parts of the New Territories.

  • Local delivery excludes remote areas such as Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, and restricted zones. Please consult customer service if unsure.

  • If delivery to the management office is required, provide detailed address (block, floor, unit) for special handling, and note “can leave at management office” in the order remarks.

  • Drivers will call you one hour before arrival; please ensure your phone is reachable and can provide multiple contact numbers if needed.

  • Customers must provide detailed addresses including room, floor, block, and estate name for doorstep delivery.

  • If no safe parking is available below the address (e.g., double yellow line, single yellow line, no parking spot), delivery can only be made for pick-up downstairs.

  • Addresses without elevator service require pick-up downstairs.

  • Village house deliveries are only available at the village entrance parking area.

  • Please inform us in advance if the parcel can be left at the management office.

  • Delivery times cannot be specified.

  • If waiting time exceeds 15 minutes or contact is unsuccessful, drivers will leave and return the goods to the warehouse.

  • Additional shipping fees will apply for rescheduled delivery.

  • SF Express delivery does not cover original sea urchin products.

• SF Express Business Point Self-Pickup　 •

Customers can pick up their orders at SF Express business points with cold chain facilities, but orders must be placed at least two working daysin advance. Actual pickup time will be confirmed via SF Express SMS notification.

Products available for frozen-point self-pickup include:

Free SF Express shipping is provided for orders over HKD 600 after discounts. For orders under HKD 600 after discounts, shipping fees will be charged based on weight (starting from HKD 45)
