• 　Delivery　 •

We provide delivery services in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, which are safe and reliable.

• Company delivery logistics are arranged from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (depending on flight schedules and local traffic conditions; please forgive any inconvenience caused by delays). Delivery at a specific time is not available.
• Our delivery staff will call you before departure on the delivery day to schedule an approximate delivery time. Please ensure your phone is available to answer. If waiting exceeds fifteen minutes, the driver will leave, and rescheduling delivery will incur a fee of HKD 100.
• Delivery is only made to the ground floor of your address; no upstairs delivery. For village houses, delivery is only made to the parking area at the village entrance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• If the Observatory issues a typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning, delivery services will be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
• No delivery on Sundays and Wednesdays.

*If you need to cancel an already paid order, a 10% handling fee will be charged. Please check whether your delivery address qualifies for free delivery or requires GOGOVAN delivery before placing orders to avoid misunderstandings.

• 　Free Delivery　 •

Free delivery is available for purchases  over HKD $600  to most areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and parts of the New Territories.

• Locations such as Sheung Shui, Tin Shui Wai, Ping Shan, The Peak, Gulang Village, and other remote areas require an additional shipping fee of HKD $50 to $100. For any questions, please inquire via WhatsApp.

• Currently, free delivery is not available to The Peak, Mid-Levels, Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and remote areas.

• For outlying islands, delivery can only be arranged for pick-up at Central Pier.

• Our company fleet has limited service coverage; some areas require GOGOVAN delivery with self-paid shipping fees. For shipping fee details, please contact our customer service representatives. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• 　GOGOVAN Delivery　 •

For purchases under HKD $600, delivery service will be provided by GOGOVAN, and shipping fees are self-paid.

The following areas are outside the company fleet's service range and require GOGOVAN delivery with self-paid shipping fees:

• All outlying islands such as Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, etc.

• Tuen Mun District: Lung Kwu Tan, Lau Fau Shan, Nai Wai, Hung Shui Kiu to Lam Tei

• Yuen Long District: Hung Shui Kiu to Lam Tei, San Tin, Kingswood Villas, California Garden, Mai Po, Sheung Shui, Tai Tong, Pat Heung, Shek Kong

• North District: Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, Luk Keng, Fanling Military Area, Ping Pik, Fan Kam Highway area

• Sai Kung District: Sai Kung, Pak Tam Chung area including Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue Au, Tai Miu, Clearwater Bay

• Sha Tin District: Sheung Wo Che, Ha Wo Che, and Fa Sam Hang

• Tai Po District: Tai Po Kau, Tong Zi, Tai Mei Tuk, Hong Lok Yuen, Lam Tsuen, Lam Kam Highway area

Others: Container terminals, country parks, Ocean Park area, Lian Au and Plover Cove, Shek O, Stanley, Cheung Kam Kok, Nam Wan, Tai Tam, The Peak

客戶可選擇兩個工作天前要求到辦工室自取。
