Hokkaido Oyster Set (8 pcs)

Includes the following varieties:

Hokkaido Senposhi Terasawa Suisan Oyster 300-350g/pc *2
Japan Senpoushi Real Oyster 80-110g/pc *2
Hokkaido Akkeshi Gaki Kaki-kun Oyster 100-150g/pc *2
Hokkaido Takahashi Suisan Oyster 150-200g/pc *2

Comes with an oyster opener kit ▶️ (includes 1 oyster knife, 1 pair of gloves, and instruction manual)

*Oysters are seasonal products. If out of stock in the Japanese market, substitutes from other oysters may be provided. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Handling Instructions: Soak oysters in salted ice water for 20 minutes before shucking to clean surface microbes. Insert oyster knife at the pointed end, push in halfway, gently pry upwards, then scrape side to open shell.

Storage Instructions: Do not wash before storing. Place oysters in a container with a little water, cover with a damp cloth, and keep in the fridge vegetable compartment to maintain moisture. Store for 2-3 days max.

Note: Consume oysters ideally on the day of receipt. No shucking service is provided to avoid contamination.

All oysters are shipped fresh from Japan after order.
