These oysters come from Shiriuchi Town in southern Hokkaido along the Tsugaru Strait. The clean marine environment and nutrient-rich waters provide excellent growing conditions, making them one of Hokkaido's top seafood products.

Handling Instructions: Soak oysters in salted ice water for 20 minutes before shucking to clean surface microbes. Insert oyster knife at the pointed end, push in halfway, gently pry upwards, then scrape side to open shell.
Storage Instructions: Do not wash before storing. Place oysters in a container with a little water, cover with a damp cloth, and keep in the fridge vegetable compartment to maintain moisture. Store for 2-3 days max.
Note: Consume oysters ideally on the day of receipt. No shucking service is provided to avoid contamination.
