Manna J 味付墨魚仔 (急凍)，選用新鮮小墨魚仔去內臟墨囊後，以白砂糖、食用鹽、植物油、玉米澱粉、蒜、辣椒及增味劑等調味醃製，呈深褐色澤，口感嚼勁十足帶鹹香微辣風味。已預煮熟處理，解凍即食，是日式居酒屋經典下酒菜及家庭零食，富含蛋白質適合多人分享。

建議食法

  • 直接解凍即食：雪櫃0–4°C自然解凍後作冷盤，灑蔥花或芝麻提升香氣

  • 下酒小食：配啤酒或清酒，單吃已具嚼勁鹹香

  • 拌飯／飯糰：切段拌熱飯或塞飯糰，做墨魚仔飯糰

  • 炒飯／炒麵：切粒加入蛋炒飯或炒烏冬，增添海鮮風味

  • 火鍋配料：下火鍋略煮，吸收湯汁更入味


如何處理急凍產品？
  • 收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
  • 所有急凍食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏-18 度冰櫃內，保存期如包裝標示：通常為3個月-1年。顧客需於進食前為食物解凍，並於 2小時內食用完畢。
  • 解凍後食品不可再次冷藏再食用
