一桃匠水蜜桃來自日本山梨縣八代。

八代地區出產的水蜜桃多數被評定「秀品」等級，只有一桃匠，才可以獲得更高級的「特秀品」稱號，代表它是山梨縣中最高級的品種。

每顆一桃匠都必須經過無破壞式的檢測，確定內裡所含的糖度、酸度後，再交由經驗老到的專家進一步鑑定，糖度高、外型也要特別漂亮，才可以冠以「 一桃匠」之名。滿滿的水份、實在的質感、香甜的味道，一桃匠絕對不會令您失望。


日本水蜜桃之中，以山梨縣水蜜桃最有名。山梨縣已有大約二百年種植日本水蜜桃的經驗，故被譽為「桃之鄉」，山梨縣因地理環境及氣候因素，從而令該地方盛產高品質、糖度最高的水蜜桃。

因為山梨縣被2300米山脈包圍 ，形成內陸盆地氣候，日照時間長、晝夜溫差巨大。令到水蜜桃糖含量增加。因為水源充足、乾淨，土地肥沃，令山梨縣成為最適合種生果嘅地方。

特別注意事項：

-水蜜桃上的白色毛毛並不是霉菌，而是水蜜桃天然的保護層。
-食品屬於消耗性商品，由於商品屬性特殊且有保存期限問題，除商品本身外包裝有明顯瑕疵可退換外，一經拆封、食用或消費者造成之外盒變形、失溫或保存不良導致變質， 恕無法退貨。請見諒。
-若為有機農產品因採用有機農法栽植，不能使用化學肥料和農藥，故若外觀上稍有瑕疵，乃屬正常狀況，敬請安心食用

保存方式：
-水蜜桃不宜久放，一旦熟軟散發香味即可食用。食用前建議置於室溫下熟成。熟成後放入雪櫃冷卻，盡快食用，水蜜桃在食用前約2個小時放入雪櫃便能嚐到冰涼香甜的最佳口感 。
-如長時間放置於冰箱，會使水蜜桃原有的香氣和甜味降低。
