Description

A premium assortment of whole sashimi fish. Each day we select fresh sashimi fish from the market, mainly various sea bream, plus flatfish, poison fish, and more.

Ordered on request and purchased from Japanese fish markets—ultra-fresh and all sashimi-grade.

Weight: ~2.5kg (about 5 fish) or ~4kg (about 8–10 fish)


How to prepare fresh whole fish:

If you plan to eat it as sashimi the next day, remove the head, scales, and innards after receiving. Clean the inside and outside thoroughly, pat dry, wrap with absorbent paper or kitchen towel, then wrap again with cling film. It can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1–2 days.
