甘筍(袋裝)(にんじん)，色澤鮮艷、外形幼長平滑，纖維比紅蘿蔔幼細，口感爽脆味道清甜，適合做沙律、涼拌、榨汁或與茅根、竹蔗、馬蹄煲水也是常見的食法，其豐富纖維有調理腸胃等功效。


含有非常多營養，包括維他命A、B、C、D及E。熱量低，每100公克只有41大卡，有豐富的水溶性膳食纖維，能增加飽足感之外，還有助於減緩身體消化、吸收糖和澱粉的速度，來維持血糖正常水平，避免脂肪堆積。
