建議食法

  • 雪櫃0-5°C自然解凍，急凍狀態直接切片，搭配日式芥末及刺身豉油食用

如何處理急凍產品？
  • 收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
  • 所有急凍食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏-18 度冰櫃內，保存期如包裝標示：通常為3個月-1年。顧客需於進食前為食物解凍，並於 2小時內食用完畢。
