生蠔屬季節食品，假如日本市埸缺貨，會以其他生蠔代替，不便之處，敬請原諒。

處理方法：

  1. 開蠔前可將生蠔浸於放鹽的冰水浸20分鐘以清洗生蠔表面的微生物，如發現有蟲類寄生在生蠔上，乃正常現象，只需清洗乾淨即可食用。
  2. 用蠔刀於生蠔尾部較尖的部位向內推進。
  3. 直到刀尖約一半進入蠔內便可向上撬，輕力用蠔刀向左右刮，便可成功打開蠔殼。

*如何保存生蠔產品？*

  • 不要清洗生蠔，然後把生蠔放雪櫃保鮮格内，容器内放進少量的水，在容器上蓋一層濕布，保持生蠔處於相對濕潤的環境。
  • 生蠔最多可在雪櫃保鮮格内約保存2-3日。 

*生蠔屬於新鮮食品，建議客人於收貨後即日食用*
注意:本店並不提供開蠔服務，避免運送途中受細菌感染。
所有生蠔及刺身蠔肉收到客人訂單才由日本直送，絕無現貨！
