Description
毛蟹長年生長在北海道極度寒冷深海之中，蟹肉幼嫩，蟹膏豐富， 濃郁鮮甜。

毛蟹(毛ガニ)的主要產地為北海道，毛蟹生活於水深30至200公尺，喜愛在水溫低於攝氏15度的沙泥海底及在純凈無污染的環境中成長。毛蟹至今仍無法以人工方法飼養，是北海道一帶的野生海產。雖然毛蟹身形嬌小，但以600克重的蟹隻為例，需要至少10年時間才能長成，因此十分矜貴。

其蟹身呈棕色，全為滿佈細毛，煮熟後呈鮮橙紅色，是北海道獨有的名蟹。全身長滿細毛的毛蟹體型雖小，但蟹味鮮甜，蟹膏香濃得來更具有層次。

如何處理急凍產品？

  • 解凍後食品不可再次冷藏再食用
