Description
縞蝦(縞海老)全身佈滿條紋，即使剝了殼依然印附於肉身之中。日文漢字「縞」解作條紋，因此縞蝦亦被稱為條紋蝦。

縞海老身上滿佈着白色條紋，見到這個的特徵，就知道是縞海老了。 在日本它屬於珍貴的生物，因其產卵數量不多，導致市場供應不穩，有時還會缺貨，是想吃也未必能吃到的珍品， 身價亦因此水漲船高。縞海老蝦肉的口感會比甘海老出色蝦味亦比較清爽。獨有的鮮甜，在秋天進食必定有一番風味。

縞蝦口感相對春蝦更豐實飽滿；味道鮮甜清爽，細緻鮮美猶勝甜蝦。再者，縞蝦的蝦肉厚實，口感嫩滑而充滿彈性，再配合獨有的鮮甜，在秋天進食必定有一番風味。

產地：日本

如果不是即時食用，如何處理/保存冰鮮海產？

  •  放於室溫後不宜再次冷藏後食用 。
