Manna J 日式叉燒切片 500g/包 (急凍)，選用肥瘦相間的豬肩肉或五花肉，以醬油、味醂、清酒及冰糖等日式醬汁慢火燜煮入味，再急凍切片包裝。叉燒肉質軟腍多汁、油脂香而不膩，帶焦糖醬香與淡淡煙燻風味，解凍後稍為加熱即可食用，特別適合作拉麵、丼飯及便當配菜。

份量：500g/包

每箱：20包

建議食法

  • 拉麵配料：解凍後用鑊或火槍略烘兩面，鋪在豚骨／味噌拉麵上

  • 叉燒丼飯：將叉燒片加熱後鋪在熱白飯上，淋少許原汁，配溫泉蛋

  • 日式便當：切半或對摺，配玉子燒、蔬菜裝入便當盒

  • 三文治／漢堡：夾麵包或牛角包，配生菜、沙律醬當輕食

  • 小食拼盤：略煎至邊位微脆，切小片作下酒小食


如何處理急凍產品？
  • 收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
  • 所有急凍食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏-18 度冰櫃內，保存期如包裝標示：通常為3個月-1年。顧客需於進食前為食物解凍，並於 2小時內食用完畢。
  • 解凍後食品不可再次冷藏再食用
