Manna J 泰國仿松葉蟹棒肉 250g/包 (急凍)，以優質白身魚漿調製，模仿松葉蟹腿肉的纖維感及鮮甜風味，每包約25條，條條色澤紅白分明、肉質爽口彈牙。經熟成後急速冷凍，無需再煮熟即可食用，適合作冷盤、沙律、壽司及火鍋配料。

份量：250g/包

每箱：40包
建議食法

  • 撕成蟹柳絲，拌沙律醬、粟米、青瓜或意粉做蟹柳沙律/冷麵​

  • 用作壽司卷、手卷或軍艦壽司餡料，配合青瓜、蛋絲更豐富​

  • 火鍋或關東煮中輕煮，加熱後口感更彈牙、湯底更鮮​

  • 炒烏冬或炒飯時加入作配料，增加海鮮香氣與色彩

如何處理急凍產品？
