榮螺片 約120g/包 (急凍)是採用新鮮捕撈的榮螺純肉切片，螺肉豐腴細膩、口感爽脆鮮美，素有「盤中明珠」美譽。以急速冷凍技術鎖住螺肉的鮮甜與營養，富含蛋白質、維生素E、鈣、鈉、鉀、鐵等，是低熱量高營養的健康海鮮食品。

份量：約120g/包（6g*20片）

每箱：50包

建議食法

  • 冰箱0至5°C自然解凍或冷水快速解凍後，即可生食，適合搭配日本青芥辣及魚生豉油作蘸料。

  • 生炒響螺片：熱鍋熱油快炒響螺片約10至15秒，加入紹興酒和調味料炒香，快速翻炒後加入彩椒絲增色提味。


如何處理急凍產品？
  • 收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
  • 所有急凍食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏-18 度冰櫃內，保存期如包裝標示：通常為3個月-1年。顧客需於進食前為食物解凍，並於 2小時內食用完畢。
  • 解凍後食品不可再次冷藏再食用
