Description

本山葵(原條山葵wasabi)(わさび)是一種非常嬌貴難伺候的植物，可以分為溪流中生長的水山葵和田間種植的畑山葵。其中日本料理中常用的水山葵對環境很是挑剔，需要與世隔絕的清溪山澗，背陰，並且對水溫、土質和土壤要求甚高。


磨成蓉後散發出清新的香氣，入口馬上感受到略為刺激的微辣，可以用於各式料理之上。


產地：日本

份量：約100-150g/條


 研磨山葵蓉步驟 

1. 首先，用手剝掉山葵莖部。

2. 把山葵莖部完全除去。 

3. 用刀削走山葵表皮。 

4. 用山葵研磨器以「○」畫圓圈方式磨。 

5. 如圖打圈磨就OK！6. 山葵蓉完成。 

 ＊根莖的表皮無須削掉，用刷刷掉髒污就可以了。 


保存方法 

原條山葵: 保鮮紙包好，再用報紙包裹後放入雪櫃，可存放約1個月。 

山葵蓉: 攤平後，用保鮮紙包好後放入冰櫃


保存方式：

  • 建議保存於雪櫃的蔬菜格，並請盡快食用，以保證新鮮度。
  • 密封產品打開後，請存放於密實袋或食品儲存盒等密封環境，以保新鮮。
  • 各類蔬果商品建議盡快食用，以免錯過最佳保鮮期。
