These palm-sized "Monster Oysters" have plump meat with a rich mineral flavor that lingers delightfully in the mouth. Known as the "King of Monster Oysters," their meat is exceptionally rich, creamy, and sweet like milk. Just a few drops of fresh lime juice can enhance the natural sweetness without any strong seawater or metallic taste typical of French oysters.

Handling Instructions: Soak oysters in salted ice water for 20 minutes before shucking to clean surface microbes. Insert oyster knife at the pointed end, push in halfway, gently pry upwards, then scrape side to open shell.
Storage Instructions: Do not wash before storing. Place oysters in a container with a little water, cover with a damp cloth, and keep in the fridge vegetable compartment to maintain moisture. Store for 2-3 days max.
Note: Consume oysters ideally on the day of receipt. No shucking service is provided to avoid contamination.
