這是日本食研（Nihon Shokken）出品的燒烤調味粉，用多種原料混合製成的複合調味粉，為日式燒肉、烤肉、炸物等料理的萬用調味粉。

日本食研的燒肉調味系列以焦香醬油、蘋果汁、蒜、薑、洋蔥等香味蔬菜為基底，風味濃郁持久，能軟化肉質並提升肉香，適用於各種肉類與部位。

燒肉、烤肉、炸雞、炸豬排、漢堡扒等皆宜

建議用法：
醃肉：將調味粉與肉拌勻，靜置15–30分鐘後燒烤。
裹粉：直接沾粉後油炸或燒烤，外脆內嫩。
炒菜：可作為炒肉或炒蔬菜的調味粉。
