醋鯖魚十分清甜，營養價值很高，是日本人十分鍾愛的魚類之一。經過醋製後的鯖魚腥味盡失，入口後魚油香氣和鮮味瞬間充斥口腔。


醋鯖魚(〆鯖)的起源有多種說法，據說是為了保存鯖魚易腐爛的肉。醋鯖魚具有獨特的酸味和鮮味，常與清酒一起作為下酒菜食用。甚至用作刺身，也有很多人喜歡醋鯖魚。

處理方法：

已經起好骨，即切即食


如果不是即時食用，如何處理/保存冰鮮海產？

  •  收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
  •  所有冰鮮海產食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏0- 4 度恆溫之雪櫃內，可保存 2-3 天，開封後建議於室溫2小時內盡快食完。
  •  放於室溫後不宜再次冷藏後食用 。
