Description
This split anglerfish (unagi) is made from premium sea eel, split whole and pre-cooked. The flesh is tender with moderate fat, offering a cleaner taste than traditional grilled eel—no muddy flavor or heavy greasiness. After thawing, simply grill it or brush with kabayaki or teriyaki sauce. Ideal for unagi sushi, unagi don, or Japanese grilled dishes, it's a high-value eel product that's easy to use in restaurants and at home.

Storage:
Refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Keep chilled seafood at 0–4°C and consume within 2–3 days. After opening, finish within 2 hours at room temperature. Do not refreeze after it has been kept at room temperature.
