Description
青森 西洋梨【ゼネラル・レクラーク】外皮為黃色，果肉則呈雪白色。肉質軟熟綿密。香氣濃郁芳醇，味道甜中帶點酸。由於是高級品種，不少日本高級水果店都會出售它的禮盒供人送禮之用。

產地：青森縣
數量：約5kg (9-10玉)

啤梨最佳食用時期是綠色慢慢變成黃色，代表啤梨正在續漸成熟。由於果皮有時會有啡色斑點，因此見到啤梨變成黃褐色也可安心食用。另外亦可用手指輕輕按下啤梨頂部，若果肉變得柔軟也是成熟的表現。

保存方式：
  • 建議保存於雪櫃的蔬菜格，並請盡快食用，以保證新鮮度。
  • 密封產品打開後，請存放於密實袋或食品儲存盒等密封環境，以保新鮮。
  • 各類蔬果商品建議盡快食用，以免錯過最佳保鮮期。
