Description
A premium assortment of whole sashimi fish, also called a mixed whole fish box. Each day we select fresh sashimi fish from the market, including noble sea bream such asKinmedai (golden eye snapper), and sometimes the king of the tank, flounder, farm-raised tai, black porgy, stone bream, and flatfish.

Purchased from Japanese fish markets, ultra-fresh and all sashimi-grade.

Origin: Japan
Size: ~4kg (about 6–8 fish) or ~7kg (about 8–10 fish)

How to prepare fresh whole fish:
If you plan to eat it as sashimi the next day, remove the head, scales, and innards after receiving. Clean the inside and outside thoroughly, pat dry, wrap with absorbent paper or kitchen towel, then wrap again with cling film. It can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1–2 days.
