希靈魚(原塊)採取了獨立包裝，可作用作刺身/壽司/沙律/前菜用，十分方便。

日本希靈魚刺身（學名：Clupea）－希靈魚又名「鯡魚」，由日本急凍到港，來自日本水域。捕撈後經醃製或者燻製保存及販售，味道咸香十足，質感比其他魚類刺身更加突出，含非常高的Omega3，EPA和DHA及維他命D。

食用方法: 解凍後即可切片食用或壽司材料，建議可配日本青芥辣及魚生豉油一起進食，味道倍增。

如何處理急凍產品？
  • 收到貨品後請立即放入冰箱保存。
  • 所有急凍食品未進食前請存放於約攝氏-18 度冰櫃內，保存期如包裝標示：通常為3個月-1年。顧客需於進食前為食物解凍，並於 2小時內食用完畢。
  • 解凍後食品不可再次冷藏再食用
