乾葛絲即日本火鍋用粉絲，跟一般粉絲相比較扁和粗身，加入火鍋中煮起來較煙韌不易散開。

乾葛絲由葛粉和馬鈴薯澱粉用水溶後加熱，冷卻後倒在板上成固體狀再切成長條形，乾燥後便成了日式火鍋用的葛絲。

大家打邊爐不妨改食乾葛絲，取代芋絲和粉絲！可打邊爐，平時可以用來做甜品或沙律。視乎你如何配搭食材，可以做出不同清新口感風味的甜品和沙律！成份百份百天然無添加，健康有益。

獨特口感，透明的闊麵條既煙靭又爽口，滑溜柔軟卻有點像吃啫喱般口感。本身沒有味道，但它懂得像白蘿蔔般吸收湯底的美味精華。直接由日本入貨，品質保證。

份量：約500g/包

建議食法：

  1. 火鍋: 建議不要用清水先浸，因為它不能完完全全地吸收湯底的味道，乾身放下去，只需等五分鐘左右，便可食用。
  2. 甜品: 簡單配上日本黑糖蜜Kuromitsu Brown Sugar Syrup食用。
  3. 沙律: 取代意粉，配搭新鮮蔬果，做出自己喜愛口味的沙律。
