除芥末外，蘿蔔、人蔘也可用於生薑等使其營養成分不易流失，可用於去皮／研磨。上半部分是用經過食品衛生法認證的鮫皮，非常衛生。底座部分使用了堅固的材料。

＊使用注意事項：使用後請用水清洗，陰涼處晾乾。 鯊魚皮會大幅伸縮，可能會從木臺部分脫落，請勿用熱水、水浸泡或曬太陽。 請勿將強酸性食品（檸檬、梅肉等）或漂白劑塗抹在鯊魚皮上，否則會導致破損。 本鯊魚皮也有顏色不同的商品，但使用上和衛生上沒有任何問題。
